By far, the most
important benefit of email is direct contact with your customers or
members.
E-mail can save you money!
Let's say that you send out a flyer. A simple flyer, even just black
and white could cost 10 cents each. If you are direct mailing it to
a specific list, your mailing would start at 20 cents each.
E-mail can save you time!
As mentioned above, if you organization has to stuff and label your
own envelopes, just think of the time you'll save by using email. If
your organization is larger, you still save time because you don't
have to spend a lot of time preparing your printed flyer or even
worrying about getting mailing list or coordinating your mailing.
